Management Development Training
This training is often most effective as modular program. The benefit of this is being with a group that can develop over time with the opportunity to check in how things are working out back in the real world. It also means themes and ideas can be worked and practiced throughout such as coaching skills which apply to many areas.

Resilience
This course is about building and maintaining resilience and covers all areas of this aspect utilising my coaching and NLP and mindset work. It offers lots of ideas for thought and practical actions. It can be delivered to managers as part of the above to build their own resilience and their teams or to all staff levels who may be feeling stressed or need some refocus.
We have experienced a complex world in recent years and had to be adaptable to change. Resilience is key in the workplace to ensure successful teams that can overcome challenge and manage stress. Resilience empowers you to adapt positively when experiencing adversity and return to a positive state of mind facing challenges with optimism.
Equality, Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Bullying.
There is a a manager version and an all-staff awareness version of this training helping to meet the required all reasonable steps.
HR Procedural training
Training on all areas of HR skills that managers may require if they are operating in these areas. These tend to cover the more legal aspect and process to follow as well as skills to use. They compliment the soft skills above if operating at this level. They can all be individual or put together for shorter mixed topic sessions.
